Which book formats are supported?
Version 1 accepts EPUB, PDF, DOCX, UTF-8 TXT, and Markdown files. URL imports, Kindle files, audiobooks, and cloud libraries are not supported.
Can it process DRM-protected EPUB books?
No. Encrypted, DRM-protected, malformed, or password-protected books are rejected, and OneTools does not attempt to bypass protection.
How are chapters detected?
EPUB navigation and spine order have priority. Other formats use available headings, common chapter labels, and ordered fallback groups when structure is uncertain.
Does it summarize scanned PDF books?
Readable embedded PDF text is supported. Pages requiring OCR are bounded, and books without enough readable text return a clear error rather than an invented summary.
What does spoiler-free mean?
For fiction, spoiler-free mode asks the structured pipeline to omit the ending, key twists, deaths, and identity reveals. The result is explicitly marked spoiler-free.
Are uploaded books stored?
The workspace does not create a book library or history. Files are parsed for the current request, and operational logs exclude filenames, book text, prompts, and summaries.
Is every chapter guaranteed?
No. Detailed mode preserves as much detected structure as the bounded limits allow, but unclear formatting can produce grouped sections and a low-confidence warning.
